I have over 25 years of food service experience in several different fields, including;
technical military food service training. I have worked and acquired many talents in both,
"front and back of the house". My experiences make me fully capable and qualified to be
productive and an asset to any establishment. I am very conscious at all times of: guest
expectations, food quality, food consistency, food and labor cost. I also practice proper food
handling, sanitation procedures, good personal hygiene and arrive to work in a timely
matter, always with a professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Double T Diner - White Marsh, MD 12/2004- 11/2017
This high volume establishment is open 24/7. Work all shifts as a server, primarily evening
shifts, providing consistent and speedy service for the guests. With full service bar featured.
Responsible for cleaning and restocking soup, salad and dessert stations. Maintaining and
cleaning drink station. Experience using Micros' computer program for food ordering and
guest checks.

Allegheny Eatery L.L.C. - Buckhannon, WV 04/2003 – 11/2004
Created a menu for a bar and restaurant for the Elks' Club. Work load consisted of; line
cook, food ordering, purchasing, food production list, creating and pricing daily
specials/soups, butchering meats and seafood, catering parties.
