Accomplishments
During all work experience, I assisted in maintaining preparation and service areas
in a sanitary condition, executed daily production lists and goals, greeted each
customer with friendly eye contact and a smile, making sure they felt comfortable.

The primary duty is to work at a fast pace serving customers. Providing
swift but exceptional customer service. This also includes cleaning up,
making drinks or placing orders. Mostly communicating one on one with
customers that come by.
May 2013 Charlestown Retirement Community Catonsville, MD
to Wait Staff
August 2014 The primary duty was to serve residents in the dining area of the retirement
home. I was a waitress, I had to buss and set tables, set up salad bar or buffet
stations, provide great customer service to the residents, and reset my
section as well as perform an assigned clean up at the end of the shift.

Wait Staff
The primary duty was to serve residents in the dining area of the nursing
home. I was a waitress; I cleaned off tables, and performed normal cleaning
procedures, such as sweeping, vacuuming, or cleaning dishes at the end of
the shift.

Cashier
The primary duty was to greet customers as they walked in, take their
orders and collect their money. Also, you had to convince customers to buy a
$2.00 cup in order to support the USOs. Then at the end of the night we
performed cleanups so that the dining area was tidy.

am today and what I have been through influences why I want to train
kids and help coach.
