    __________________ MAYOR COUNCIL SERIES BY: COUNCILMEMBER GUIDRY (BY REQUEST) AN ORDINANCE to amend and reordain Section 154-1191 of the Code of the City of New Orleans relative to one-way streets to designate that traffic on Newcomb Boulevard, between St. Charles Avenue and Freret Street, shall move only one way in a westerly (lake) direction; and otherwise to provide with respect thereto. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 SECTION 1. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS HEREBY ORDAINS, That Section 154-1191 of the Code of the City of New Orleans be amended and reordained to read as follows: Sec. 154-1191. Schedule I. One-Way Streets. In accordance with Section 154-602 and when properly signposted, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following streets: Street * Newcomb Blvd. * From * St. Charles Ave. * To * Freret St. * Direction * West (lake) *
