Lesson Plan Checklist


This checklist should be used to verify that your lesson plan includes all of the required elements for success. Teacher, grade, subject(s), date(s), time/length of Lesson Plan Information lesson(s) Incorporate physical activity breaks, energizers, Take 9 Structured Physical Activity and active learning into classroom lesson plans

Learning objectives, TEKS, Student Expectations Resources/Materials

Submit lesson plans via email to principal and assistant principal - Due every Monday by 8:00 a.m.
