The most nutritious meal for me is from Burger King because it is the highest in sodium. Considering the fact that I am an athlete, I have a higher need for sodium in my diet because it is lost in my sweat. Sodium is also needed for muscle cramps and hydration. Therefore, the least nutritious meal for me is from McDonalds because it is the lowest in sodium.
