1) How to avoid the spread of the Ebola outbreak raging in West Africa?

Recently, Ebola has emerged in West Africa specifically in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia. This epidemic has caused more than sixty deaths and triggered panic because this disease is incurable. What are the appropriate measures to take in order to deal with this problem? Preventive Measures The Ebola main vector is the bat and in general all wild animals. It is therefore advisable to avoid contact with wild animals. Because West African people love to eat meat from hunting, it is appropriate to advise them to abstain from the consumption of meat from the bush until the end of the epidemic. One can notice that the West African borders are not very secure. Many are the people who by-pass frontier posts to smuggle themselves in neighboring countries. However, perhaps these people can carry Ebola virus and infect the local population. Awareness campaigns are needed at this level so that this population reports to physicians and authorities any foreigner who shows signs of Ebola which are fever, nose bleeds among others. The bodies of domestic animals dead for no apparent reason should be buried with the greatest caution. Indeed, these animals may have died due to Ebola without their owners noticing. In conclusion, we can say that the observance of these measures will certainly slow the spread of this disease.
