The room and exact viewing time will be communicated to you within the next month. For the overall program and details of your scientific event, please consult the Assembly web site at: http://www.cospar-assembly.org. Please note that poster viewing sessions will take place on Sunday, 03 August - Saturday, 10 August from 13:00 - 15:00. Authors who present a poster are kindly requested to be next to their poster boards during the appropriate viewing time as well as on the specific day and time scheduled by event organizers (see schedule on the web under Scientific Event Schedule). Inclusion of your paper in the conference program carries with it the obligation for you, or for one of your co-authors as the case may be, to display and/or to present the paper at the times and in the mode indicated. You are kindly requested to inform us if you and your co-authors _nd at any time before the Assembly that it is not possible to attend by logging into the website indicated above and selecting the "withdraw abstract" button next to the relevant paper(s) in the MyPapers area. You may also send a message to cospar@cosparassembly.org and inform your event organizer well in advance of the session. The Local Organizing Committee will provide all the accessories needed for the posters. Closer to the Assembly you will receive a poster number which will correspond to the board where your contribution is to be displayed. Presenters are encouraged to submit their completed manuscripts to one of COSPAR's journals, Advances in Space Research or Life Sciences in Space Research. There are no deadlines for submission as ASR and LSSR are regular journals.
