Essential Elements
Design instruction to address multiple learning styles! Utilize small group instruction to personalize learning! Analyze data to differentiate instruction

Hybrid Learning Models

Station Rotation! Students rotate between independent, collaborative and direct in the same classroom ! Lab Rotation! Students rotate among two separate locations, usually a traditional classroom and a computer lab setting! Flipped Classroom! Students are instructed using online instruction outside of the school setting and experience guided practice on campus during the school day! Flex Model! Content and instruction are primarily delivered online and an on-site teacher provides face-to-face support on an as-needed basis

Personalized Learning
Hybrid learning helps educators personalize learning for students to allow them to reach their potential. This is accomplished by:! using the data to group students proactively! providing enrichment and remediation! developing a classroom environment for all types of learners! managing students needs easily! increasing effective instructional time

Data Driven Decisions

Multiple learning stations! Opportunity for collaborative activities! Digital content using multimedia, multimodal delivery! Small group instruction allows teacher ability to tailor lessons to student needs! Data driven groupings allow for teachers to provide supports to students for acceleration and remediation

Independent Station
engages students for individualized learning! digital content instruction! explore and interact with tools and resources! learn at their own pace ! have the ability to revisit a sticky concept multiple times

Digital Instruction

Digital content is utilized to guide students on their learning path through exploration, enrichment, reinforcement, and/or remediation and to gather data on student performance.

Collaborative Station
small groups! student ownership! peer interaction! help peers! students work toward a common outcome with their peers

Direct Station
differentiated instruction for greater impact! establishes rapport with students in a small group setting! students are more engaged in the learning process! more personalized learning ! students are more likely to participate
