Ingredients:
250gm Butter 220gm Castor Sugar 300gm Plain Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder tsp Baking Soda 240ml Evaporated Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Preheat the oven at 170C. Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Then slowly pour in milk while mixing in slow speed. Fold in flour and vanilla essence. Stir well and pour into 9 tin. Bake at 170C or 1 hour.
