Sweet Dough

1.Unsalted Butter……100g
2.Caster Sugar…………50g
3.Egg………15g
4.Flour………150g
5.Salt (Pinch)

Cream Cheese Filling

1.Cream cheese……250g
2.Eggs……100g
3.Caster sugar……70g
4.Natural Yogourt ……70g
5.Blueberry filling……150g
6.Coco powder……3g

Method

1.Sweet Dough:Beat butter,salt and sugar until soft,add in egg,finally


mix in flour.Wrap dough to put in chillers for 20 minutes.
2.Press the dough into tartlet casing then put oven to prebake for 15
minutes at 160c.Let cold down.
3.Filling:Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and soft,slowly add
in egg,gradually add in yogourt.Mix with coco powder then put aside.
4.Pipe a little bluebbry filling inside the sweet casing then on top to
cover a layer of cream cheese filling.Repeat until finish pipe a spider
web on top

5.By using a satay stick,try to draw a design on top.Then bake at 200c
for 7 minutes.

6.Cold down.Serve while cold.

Method
1.Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.Pour the eggs and vanilla.
2.Add dried ingredients.Set aside.(Apply the cake pan with butter and
flour)

egg and vanilla.

1 sudu kecil garam

Cara
1.Bahan A di ayak
2.Bahan B dibancuh hingga semua serata guna mixer.Campur bhn A
dan B,mixer lagi hingga tak berketul dan kukus.
3.Panaskan periuk kukus
4.Gunakan lidi untuk pastikan kek sudah masak.
5.Pastikan air kukus sentiasa penuh dan kek sentiasa cantik dan bulat
