BOLU KUKUS MEKAR

 
Bahan-bahan
1. 250 grm tepung terigu protien sedang
2. 150 grm gula pasir
3. 2 buti rtelur
4. 1/4 st garam
5. 1/4 st garam
6. 200 cc soda tawar/spraite/fanta
7. Secukupnya pewarna makanan
8. cupkertas roti/ kertas

Langkah – Langkah

1. Kocok dengan kecepatan tinggi, telur, gula pasir, garam,sp ,sampai adonan kaku / berjenjang.
2. Masukkan terigu dan soda secara bergantian sampai adonan habis, bagi adonan, beri warna
sesuai selera.
3. Siapkan cetakan beri kertas roti atau kertas cup, masukkan adonan putih terlebih dahulu, lalu
yang berwarna.
4. Panaskan dandang sampai mendidih dg api besar, kukus adonan kurang lebih selama 12 menit.
5. Angkat, siap di hidangkan.

STEAMED BOLU MEKAR


Ingredients

1. 250 grams of wheat flour protien being


2. 150 GRM sugar
3. 2 bouts rtelur
4. 1/4 st salt
5. 1/4 st salt
6. 200 cc of fresh soda / spraite / Fanta
7. Moderation food coloring
8. cup kertas bread / paper

Step – Step

1. Beat at high speed, eggs, sugar, salt, sp, until dough is stiff / tiered.
2. Stir in the flour and soda alternately until the dough runs out, the dough, give color to taste.
3. Prepare the mold give baking paper or paper cup, insert the white dough first, then colored.
4. Heat the saucepan to a boil over high heat dg, steamed dough for about 12 minutes.
5. Lift, ready to serve.
BOLU KUKUS

bahan A

1. 150 gramgula
2. 1/4 sdm vanili
3. 1/2 sdm ovalet
4. 150 ml soda (big cola)

bahan B

1. 250tepung terigu
2. Optional pewarna makanan

Langkah
1. mixer/kocok bahan A hingga mengembang (berwarna putih)
2. tambahkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sembari terus di kocok/mixer
3. pisahkan dalam wadah yg berbeda, kemudian beri pewarna makanan
4. siapkan kukusan hingga air mendidih agar uapnya sempurna utk mengembangkan adonan
5. masukkan adonan ke dalam kertas kue yg dimasukkan kedalam cetakan bolu, kemudian kukus
selama 15 menit

STEAMED SPONGE CAKE


Ingredients
material A
1. 150 grams of sugar
2. 1/4 tbsp vanilla
3. 1/2 tbsp ovalet
4. 150 ml soda (big cola)
material B
1. 250tepung wheat
2. Optional food coloring
Step
1. mixer / whisk until fluffy material A (white)
2. Add flour gradually while continuing in the shake / mixer
3. separated into a different container, then give the food coloring
4. prepare the steamer to steam of boiling water in order to perfect in order to develop the dough
5. enter the batter into the baking paper which is inserted into the mold sponge, then steamed for
15 minutes

CAKE PELANGI & MAWAR

Bahan-bahan
1. 1/4 kg tepung terigu
2. 1/4 kg gula pasir
3. 1/4 kg telur
4. 1 sdt Sp / tbm
5. 100 ml Minyak goring
6. 100 ml Santan
7. Pewarna

Langkah
1. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan Sp sampai mengembang
2. Masukkan tepung terigu yang sudah diayak sedikit demi sedikit
3. Kemudian masukkan santan & minyak goreng, diaduk sampai merata
4. Adonan dibagi 3 bagian dan diberi pewarna merah, hijau dan putih
5. Panaskan Kukusan & ditutup dengan kain pada tutup kukusannya
6. Loyang diolesin margarin/minyak kemudian masukkan adonan merah dan dikukus 10 menit,
kemudian masukan adonan putih/tanpa warna kukus lagi 10 menit, kemudin masukkan lagi
adonan terakhir warna hijau kukus smp matang / 15 menit.

BOLU PELANGI & ROSE

 
  
Ingredients
1. 1/4 kg wheat flour
2. 1/4 kg sugar
3. 1/4 kg of eggs
4. 1 tsp Sp / tbm
5. 100 ml Oil goring
6. 100 ml coconut milk
7. Dyes

Step
1. Beat eggs, sugar and Sp until fluffy
2. Enter the sifted flour little by little
3. Then add the coconut milk and oil, stirring until evenly
4. The dough is divided into 3 sections and colored red, green and white
5. Heat Kukusan and covered with a cloth on the cap kukusannya
6. Loyang diolesin margarine / oil then insert the red dough and steamed 10 minutes, then input the
dough white / colorless steam again 10 minutes, kemudin reinsert the final dough steamed green color
smp mature / 15 min.

BOLU TAPE KEJU

Bahan-bahan
1. 400 gr Tape singkong
2. 180 gr Tepung terigu serbaguna
3. 5 btr Telur ayam
4. 150 gr gula pasir
5. 150 gr Mentega cair
6. 50 ml susu kental manis
7. 60 gr Keju parut
8. 2 sdm Susu bubuk
9. 1 sdt Emulsifier
10. 1 sdt Baking Powder Double Acting
11. 1 sdt Vanili
Langkah
1. Campurkan tape yg dihaluskan dengan SKM
2. Olesi loyang tulban dengan mentega dan taburi tepung, sisihkan.
3. Kocok telur, gula, dan emulsifier dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi ( full speed) sampe
mengembang dan berjejak
4. Turunkan kecepatan mixer ke kecepatan paling rendah, masukkan tape yg dihaluskan dengan
skm. Setelah itu masukan mentega cair.
5. Ayak tepung terigu, susu bubuk, bpda dan vanili jadi satu. Setelah itu masukan ke dalam
adonan yg telah dicampur tape bersama parutan keju, secara bertahap dengan spatula. Lakukan
dengan metode aduk balik.
6. Masukan adonan ke dalam loyang setelah itu beri taburan keju sebagai toping. Panggang lebih
kurang 45 menit dan lakukan tes tusuk.
BOLU TAPE CHEESE
Ingredients
1. Tape cassava 400gr
2. 180 grams of flour versatile
3. 5 Btr Chicken Eggs
4. 150 gr sugar
5. 150 grams of melted butter
6. 50 ml of sweetened condensed milk
7. 60 gr grated cheese
8. 2 tablespoons of milk powder
9. 1 tsp Emulsifier
10. 1 tsp Baking Powder Double Acting
11. 1 tsp Vanilla
Step
1. Mix tape mashed with SKM
2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle tulban flour, set aside.
3. Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifier with a high speed mixer (full speed) until fluffy and tread
4. Lower the mixer speed to the lowest speed, insert the tape mashed with skm. Then add the melted
butter.
5. Sift flour, milk powder, bpda and vanilla together. Then add to the mix which has been mixed tape
together the grated cheese, gradually with a spatula. Do this by stirring the method behind.
6. Put the dough into the pan after it gave a sprinkling of cheese as a topping. Roast approximately 45
minutes and did prick test.
BOLU PISANG KUKUS

Bahan-bahan
1. 3 buahpisang ambon
2. 2 gelas tepung terigu
3. 1/2 gelas gula pasir
4. 1/2 sdm soda kue
5. 1/2 sdm baking powder
6. 1/2 bungkus susu bubuk sachet
7. 1 butir telor
8. 1 1/2 sdm mentega
Langkah
1. hancurkan pisang menggunakan garpu, campur gula pasir, mentega lalu telur, aduk sampai
semua rata, tidak harus mengembang lalu sisihkan
2. di lain wadah campur terigu, soda kue, baking powder, susu bubuk. aduk sampai rata
3. campur semua bahan hingga rata
4. masukkan ke cetakan, kukus kurang lebih 20 menit, tes tusuk gigi, jika matang angkat.
5. selamat mencoba dan menikmati

STEAMED BANANA BOLU


Ingredients
1. 3 fruit banana
2. 2 cups flour
3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4. 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
5. 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
6. 1/2 packs of milk powder sachet
7. 1 whole egg
8. 1 1/2 tbsp butter

Step

1. mash banana with a fork, mix sugar, butter and eggs, stirring until all flat, do not have to inflate and
set aside
2. in another container mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, milk powder. stir well
3. mix all ingredients until blended
4. insert it into the mold, steamed for about 20 minutes, the test toothpick, if cooked lift.

BOLU TAPE SINGKONG

Bahan-bahan

1. 250 gram tepung terigu


2. 250 gram gula pasir
3. 200 gram tape singkong
4. 100 gram mentega (dilelehkan)
5. 4 butir telur ayam
6. 1/2 sdt sp
7. 65 ml santan kental

Langkah

1. Mixer gula,telur dan sp sampai mengembang berjejak


2. Masukan tepung dan tape singkong berselang seling dengan mentega dan santan hingga
tercampur rata
3. Setelah tercampur rata masukan kedalam loyang tulban yang telah di olesi mentega dan tepung
4. Panggang selama 20 menit tes tusuk bila tidak ada adonan yang menempel berarti sudah matang

TAPE SINGKONG CAKE

  Ingredients

1. 250 grams of wheat flour


2. 250 grams of granulated sugar
3. 200 grams of cassava
4. 100 grams of butter (melted)
5. 4 eggs
6. 1/2 tsp sp
7. 65 ml thick coconut milk

Step

1. Mixer sugar, eggs and sp until fluffy tread


2. Put the flour and cassava alternately with butter and milk until well blended
3. Once well blended tulban input into the baking pan that has been in the basting butter and flour
4. Bake for 20 minutes prick test when no batter sticking means ripe
BOLU MARMER

Bahan-bahan

1. 5 butir telur
2. 175 gr gula pasir
3. 1/2 sdm SP
4. 1/2 sdt vanili
5. 175 gr tepung terigu
6. 100 gr margarin (cairkan)

Langkah

1. Mixer telur,gula,sp dan vanili sampe mengembang dan putih kaku


2. lalu masukkan terigu sedikit demi seditit aduk sampai rata
3. masukkan margarin cair aduk balik sampai rata
4. oven sampai matang atau tes tusuk.
5. selesai.

MARBLE CAKE

 
Ingredients

1. 5 eggs
2. 175 gr sugar
3. 1/2 hr SP
4. 1/2 tsp vanilla
5. 175 gr flour
6. 100 grams of margarine (melted)

Step

1. Mixer eggs, sugar, sp and vanilla until fluffy and stiff white
2. then put the flour little by seditit stir until smooth
3. insert liquid margarine stir until smooth turning
4. The oven until cooked or prick tests.
5. finished.
