Buko Pie with Blueberry Jam


Ingredients:

DOUGH:

•3 ½ cup all purpose flour

•2 tbsp white sugar

•1 tsp salt

•¾ cup shortening

•¼ cup butter (cold)

•½ cup cold water

•2 tbsp vinegar

FILLING:

•½ cup flour

•1 cup coconut water

•1 can condensed milk

 5-6 Cups Coconut Milk

Dough:

Step 1: prepare the mixing bowl and put the all purpose of flour

Step 2: add the salted butter

Step 3: add white sugar and add cold water with vinegar

Step 4: mix all the ingredients and start kneeding the dough

Step 5: after kneeding the dough flatten the dough using rolling pin

Step 6: after flattening the dough put it in a pie molder then put the filling mixture

Step 7: preheat the oven in 180°C

Step 8: after preheating the oven then put the pie in the oven for about 30-35 minutes in 180°C

Fillings:

Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients

Step 2: Put the condense milk and coconut meat until simmer.

Step 3: Add the flour and coconut water mixture.

Step 4: Stir until creamy then set aside.
