Steamed Moist Chocolate Cupcake

Dry Ingredients:

Mix and Shift

2 cups white sugar

2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup cocoa powder

2 tsp baking powder

1 ½ tsp baking soda

Wet Ingredients:

Mix

½ cup vegetables oil

1 cup evap milk

1 tsp vanilla

Add Dry and Wet Ingredients then Add

1 cup of water

Mix

Prepare:

Steamer

Boil water in low fire

Cover the top with white cloth

Use large puto molder

¾ cupcake liner

Scoop ¼ cup

Steam for 15 t0 20 minutes in low fire

Then test with toothpick


Chocolate Moist Cupcake
Dry Ingridients:

Sift and Mix :

1 ¾ cupcake flour / all purpose flour

1 ½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup Dutch Cocoa powder

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 ½ baking powder

Wet Ingredients:

Mix set Aside:

180ml evaporated milk

1 cup warm water 2 pcs eggs

1tbsp vanilla

½ cup vegetables oil

Mix to Wet Ingrediets

1 tbsp black coffee put water and stir to melt

Prepare:

3 oz size of cupcake tray

Preheat the oven in 170 0C and bake for 15 – 18 minutes.


How to Make Icing
Using Hand Mixer
Ingredients:

½ cup white sugar

1 large egg ( white only )

1/8 tsp cream of tartar

¼ cup water

How to Make Icing


Ingredients: Mix

½ cup white sugar

¼ cup water

Put into the stove medium heat stir consistency and wait to
cameralized. Set aside.

To Make Meringue

1 large egg ( white only )

1/8 cream of tartar

Mix using mixer add the cameralized sugar

Add ½ cup of hot water

Then Icing is Done


Puto Ala Goldilocks

Ingredients:

Strips of Cheese for toppings

4 tbsp vanilla extract 8 sachet 33 grams powdered milk

6 pcs large whole eggs 1 ½ tsp salt

8 tbsp baking powder ( calumet ) 6 cups water

1 kilo all purpose flour ( 8 cups ) 1 cup of oil / butter

4 cups sugar

Procedure:

a. In mixing bowl put the 6 pcs eggs and beat thoroughly using
whisk

Add : Wet Ingredients

1 cup oil

4 tbsp vanilla extract

6 cups of water

1 ½ tsp salt

4 cups sugar
b. Mix well until salt and sugar are completely dissolved

Sift: Dry Ingredients

1 kg ( 8 cups ) all purpose flour

8 tbsp baking powder

8 sachet 33 grams powdered milk

Sieve:

*Mix wet and dry ingredients thoroughly and set aside for 30
minutes before steaming.

*Slice the cheese bar thinly

*After 30 minutes mix the batter again

*Used a medium size molder, scoop 3 tsp batter and pour it


into molder.

*Steam for 5-7 minutes ( the water must start boiling before
steaming )
