Donuts

Ingredients
3 cups all purpose Flour
1 cup of cake flour
1/3 cup vegetable shortening
2 ½ tsp instan dry yeast
½ cup warm water
¼ cup whie sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk

Procedure:
1. Mix melted shortening in milk
2. Mix yeast in the warm water.Leve it for 5 mins.
3. Transfer the milk mixture in a bowl. Dissolve sugar and salt
completely.
4. Add 1.5 cup of apf , eggs and yeast mixure. Stir unil fully
incorporated.
5. Add the rest of the flour and mix until the dough becomes
smooth and elastic
6. Transfer the dough in a floured surface and flatten to about
half an inch. Cut out the donuts.
7. Remove the rest of the dough excep the circles formed
.You may form the excess dough to a ball again and
flatten it, then do the cutting of the circles again. Let it rise
for about 2 hrs.
8. After 2 hrs..In a pan with 3 cups of vegetable oil, Pre heat
for about 5 mins. with medium low fire.Fry donuts until light
brown.Inver using any big spoon .After frying set aside and
let it cool.
Chocolate glaze

Mix ½ cup of powdered sugar, 1/8 cup of cocoa powder,


1 tbsp of milk and 1/8 tsp of vanilla.

Yema filling

Mix 1 small can of condense of milk, 1 iegg, 1 tsp. of vinegar,


and 1/8 tsp. of vanilla. Cook in low fire until thick.

White chocolate glaze,coffee glaze,and matcha Glaze

Ganache
Melt 1 cup of white chocolate in ¼ cup of hot milk

Mix ½ cup of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of ganache and 1/8
tsp. Of vanilla

Coffee glaze
Mix ½ cup of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of ganache , 1/8 tsp.
Of vanilla and 1 tsp. of coffee

Matcha glaze
Mix ½ cup of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of ganache , 1/8 tsp.
Of vanilla and 1 tsp. of matcha powder.
