Method:
1. Make Paste of Diabexy Atta, Corn flour and Salt using water.
2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste.
3. Dip Cauliflower florets in the paste and deep fry till golden brown.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped Onion, Green Chilli and Ginger Garlic Paste.
5. Add Soya Sauce and Tomato Ketchup.
6. Add fried cauliflower florets and mix well.
7. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Serve HOT!
Method:
1. Cut Mushroom into slices.
2. Grind Ginger, Green Chillies and Tomatoes.
3. Heat Ghee in a pan.
4. Add chopped Onion, Tomato Paste, Cream and Mushrooms.
5. Cook for 5 min. Add all spices and Salt.
6. Cook on low flame until Mushroom softens.
7. Garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve HOT!
SALAD RECIPES
ROYAL SALAD:
Take chopped cucumber (50g), capsicum (50g), tomato (50g) and
pomegranate (20g)) + almonds (10g) + 10ml Olive Oil
OR
Cucumber (50g), Capsicum (50g), Tomato (50g) And Pomegranate
(20g)) + 10ml Olive Oil + Paneer Cubes (20g)
OR
Cucumber (50g), Capsicum (50g), Tomato (50g) And Pomegranate
(20g)) + Almonds (10g) + Cream (10g)
MINTY TOMATO SALAD: Take Sliced tomato add chopped mint, salt,
pepper, lemon.
GREEN BEAN SALAD: Take chopped pieces of green bean and dip
them in hot water for 2 min, drain the water add chopped onion, salt,
pepper, lemon.
TANGY RADDISH SALAD: Take grated raddish microwave for 30 sec in
bowl with water, drain water, add fine chopped tomato add vinegar.
TRICOLOR SALAD: Take chopped hot water blanched green bean add
raddish and carrot.
CUCUMBER SALAD: Take sliced cucumber add chopped coriander and
mint add salt and lemon.
TOMATO SALAD: Take sliced tomato, onion, cucumber add salt and
lemon.
MIX SALAD: Take sliced tomato, onion, cucumber add coriander
leaves, salt, lemon.
TANGY CARROT SALAD: Take grated carrot, microwave it by keeping
in bowl with water for 1 min, drain the water add lemon, salt, parsley.
