Simple dal chawal and Roti / Sabji less fried prefferable
Not More than 4 Roti’s if hungry / or add some dahi / salad
If consumed with rice only 2 roti
Dinner meal

Fried rice with less oil and add veggies to Lower calorie density
Option 2 :
100gm of Paneer + 3 Roti + Salad
Option 3 :
Sabji chawal and sald / Any light sabji high fibre and green considered or paneer stir
fried.
