Option 1 :
250 gm low fat Milk + 50gm of Oats—> add Some dry Fruits / Banana—> or Consume 1
Apple
Option 2 :
Add 1 Whole Wheat Bread + spread Butter + Add Banana , or make a sandwich.
Option 3 :
100gm of vermicelli mixed with veggies

Lunch meal
Simple dal chawal and Roti / Sabji less fried prefferable
Not More than 4 Roti’s if hungry / or add some dahi / salad
If consumed with rice only 2 roti

Dinner meal

Option 1 :
Fried rice with less oil and add veggies to Lower calorie density

Option 2 :
100gm of Paneer + 3 Roti + Salad

Option 3 :
Sabji chawal and sald / Any light sabji high fibre and green considered or paneer stir
fried.
