overeaten.
2. Diet plan provides foods from all food groups and variations of foods within
the same food group that will satisfy cravings.
3. Psyllium husk before bed will prevent binge eating as it provides feeling of
fullness.
4. Drinking plenty of water will not only help in eating less but will improve
digestion and gut health.
5. Addition of snacks in the plan will help he patient to stay within calories by
providing a systemic way to manage his/her diet.
