Breakfast (07:00 AM-8:00 AM) ½ cup oats porridge in 1 cup low fat
milk + 1 fruit (any) / 2 slice brown
bread + 1 boiled egg white + 1 cup tea
Snack (11:00 AM-12:00 PM) 1 cup boiled chana / 2 dates + 7
almonds
Lunch (1:00 PM-2:00 PM) 2 chapati / 1 cup rice + ½ cup daal / ½
cup vegetable curry + raita, salad
Snack (4:00 PM-5:00 PM) 1 cup tea + 2 biscuits / 1 cup mix fruit
salad
Dinner (7:00 PM-8:00 PM) 1 cup vegetable khichdi (rice & lentils)
/ 2 chapati + ½ cup fish/chicken curry
+ raita, salad
Bed time (10:00 PM-11:00 PM) 1 cup luke warm fennel/ cinnamon
water
