The credit sequence will be created using after effects and exported into final cut pro to be added

to our sequence where it is being edited by Akza and Farhia.

Using a storyboard template Ive drawn out the credits that will appear in our thriller sequence. The credit sequence first opens with our groups production logo this will later be designed in Photoshop . The credit sequence will start with a black screen then a fade in which will
show the production logo and will then fade out after a couple of seconds. Next will follow red films presents this is so the viewer is aware of the production company responsible for the sequence their about to watch. This fades in from black then fades out after a couple of seconds. From the thrillers and other genre of films I have analysed they tend to open with the production company logo. Ive chosen to use the font hype, which I downloaded from the website dafont. I chose to use this font because its very professional and modern and it contrasts with the font I plan on suing for films title. Hype will be used for all the text in the opening sequence except the film title. The text will be white. We wanted to give our school recognition for their influence on our production so included this in the credits I decided to add an animated line which would cut through the centre of the text appearing from the left and stopping at the right. I chose to make this line white. To stand out from the black background but to also add contrast

Next would follow the actors and actresses that appeared in our sequence in order of appearance, something the thriller films I analysed would do in their own. We put the names in order of importance in role. For example we put plange first as he is our protagonist and he is the main character. Then we put Amina because she is also the main character as she have the bag then the least important which is Pelumi.

After the actresses and actors name, where the job roles each of had for this production. Some of us shared jobs and some of us had individual jobs but everyone was credited for what they did. Unlike the previous text that followed these texts do not have an animated line. The text will appear one after the other. We made our job roles in bigger and bold font, the reason is because as a group we believe that the Job role is more important that the persons name.

The last thing to appear at the end of the credits was the film title. I wanted this to fit in with the theme of the sequence and comply with elements of a thriller. I wanted the title to make a surprise entrance and create a tense atmosphere for the viewer. I thought it would be exciting to make the film title appear in the thiefs eye. At this point his identity is unknown. As he blinks, I slowed down this process, and opens his eye again the film title appears. I chose a font called crimes times six which was decided upon after researching thriller fonts as a group. The texts opacity is almost transparent and the text is white and expands from being the size of his eye to taking up a majority of the screen changing opaque and in the colour red on a black background, these footage fades out.
