! My Dear Fellow Alumni: Greetings!

In a much-awaited celebration like class reunions, new beginnings are likely to uphold- from rebuilding friendships to creating dreams anew. On one cold December 28 evening of the 2013 HNCHS Homecoming, we alumni had our eyes brought together to create that one big dream, an Alumni Multi-Purpose Building, a shelter to stand in time of imminent danger due to the changing signs of climate disturbances which often fall to our hometown Hinatuan.! There proposed a two-room building which perspectives plan lays down a cost amounting close to a million pesos (P 968,568.00). The figure may not be a big enough if thousands of alumnis hearts would beat together to care those with a little less in life. Providing shelter as evacuation center to be one purpose, and as additional classrooms for another, this building hopes to address both tangible and intangible ends: helping save lives, as well as helping shape more future Hinatuanon leaders- both in one roof of this same multi-purpose building we dream to stand. ! The harvest is over where once in our lifetime we sowed a seed for learning on the ground of HNCHS and being well nourished by our mentor-teachers. Now is the time to make our harvest a food to feed the hunger for education by the coming generations, and at the same time a refuge seeking shelter for those who run for life. This building will become a living expression of the ideals of our Alma Mater to form in us early graduates the men of values and principles for the next graduates to follow. Our donations that may come in thousands of pesos will turn to be our very own hands stretched to greater heights, and our very own feet kept in strides-both our very own selves in trying to love and protect the prestige of our school as a learning institutions that continues to produce leaders now known to be strong pillars both in government and private sectors.! Let us be part among these men in the making of a history of our HNCHS. Let us become our brothers keepers while we become doers of Gods word.! The Hinatuan High School/Hinatuan National Comprehensive High School Alumni Association of Hinatuan, Inc. is embarking the first ever Proposed Two-Classroom Alumni Building.
