Benchmark: 3 Social studies -Stock Market -Bill

My junior year I had to take a mandatory class called economics. Economics is the social science that studies the behavior of individuals. In class we got to learn about the stock market and what it does. Eventually we got to use a website where you could buy stock and after a few weeks who ever had the most money or oints won. !earning the stock market was an awesome e" erience and to be able to artici ate in the market was even better. My senior year I have taken another mandatory class called government. In the class we discussed what Bills are. # Bill is a draft of a ro osal law resented to arliament for discussion. Every student that attended government had to come u with their own bill. My bill was you $shouldn%t have to ay for trail ermits&' not aying for trail ermits on a snowmobile' because the ermits are ridiculously riced and eo le chose not to ride just because of that. My idea was to not ay for the ermit but every rider must take a safety test for a certain amount of money and that money will go to he state. #ge limits are twelve through seventy five. (ow having some knowledge of economics. !earning the basics of economics was a good lesson and taught me how to look at things different. )riting that bill wasn%t *uite all that hard+ already knowing the rices of the ermits and coming u with the idea with just taking the safety test was a great bonus because with out that information my bill would not have been com leted.
