Dear Mr. Harding
I am taking advantage of the money-back guarantee, and will be returning the desk for a full refund,
including the freight cost.
On February 13, 2014 I purchased the North American white oak embellished with hand-inlaid walnut
cross-banding desk through your purchasing catalogue. I am disappointed with the quality of the desk.
The wood finish is rough, the grain looks splotchy, and many of the drawers are not pulling out easily.
The advertisement had promised full suspension, silent ball-bearing slides and a much higher-quality
desk than the desk that I have received.
I have enclosed my sales order invoice along with my Visa statement in which I have circled the charge.
