Ext. Street Late afternoon
White van drives down main road. Multiple cuts of van from different
angles (Go-Pro). Radio report of missing teenagers plays from the
radio in the van. Van parks outside of supermarket/row of shops.
Hand reaches across and turns off radio. Blonde female comes into
shot with shopping bags in hand. Camera cuts to other side of the
road.
Ext. Street Late afternoon
The teen puts her headphones in and pulls out her phone. She starts
calling her boyfriend to inform him that she is going to cut through
the woods as she is late.
Hey, Im gonna be a little late to yours cause the queue was
massive! Took forever!
*Boyfriend replies*
Okay, well Im gonna cut through the woods so I can get to yours
quicker anyway
*Boyfriend replies*
Oh crap, Im on my way now, see ya in a sec
She hangs up the phone and slides it back into her pocket and her
music resumes playing. As she walks past some of the remaining
shops, a leaflet reads, along with a picture of Eli Murray, Police
Look Into Eleventh Missing Teen. The girl pays no attention to it
and carries on walking with her music playing
She walks down various roads still listening to her music. She
passes through lights on the pavement on quiet roads.

Ext. Street/ Small ally way Late afternoon
The teen turns into a thin, short ally way which cuts through to the
field in which leads to the entrance of the woods. She bumps the bag
against a enclosing fence.

Ext. Field Late afternoon
The teen leaves the ally and starts walking toward the woods and
into the shadowed entrance.

Ext. Woods Late afternoon

She starts walking through the wooded area and heads towards the
denser section of it. She takes used mud tracks around trees and
bushes heading uphill. Her music is still playing. Cuts to a very
quick POV shot in infra-red. She notices rustling within the trees
and bushes along with birds leaving trees in flocks. She picks up
her pace a little. POV shots become more frequent and from multiple
angles. When she is in central attention (her POV or her walking)
music plays, but when its other views it cuts to diegetic sounds.
She becomes more and more worried as she sees more and removes her
headphones and puts them in her pocket, so all that is can heard is
the movement of trees (wind or disturbance). As she carries on
walking at this increased pace the view of the exit to the street
becomes apparent. She walks towards it.




Ext. Woodss edge/ street Late afternoon
She reaches the end of the pathway where sources of light such as
street lamps and natural lighting illuminate it more. As she steps
forward a white van drives past. As it leaves the shot we see what
she was holding in her hands (Chip shop bag, phone etc.) on the
floor as if she dropped them. The phone receives a call/text asking
about her whereabouts.
Screen quickly cuts to black presenting the audience with the title.
Black back ground white writing.
