We see a bus stop, residential average lower class houses, and straight grey road. LUCAS on his
bike rides past the camera into the distance.
CUT TO
Various views of things along the road like trees, shops, the road is insight as LUCAS is riding on
it. LUCAS is wearing a hat, mid coat, jeans darkly/palely colored

EXT: LONG SHOT OF LUCAS RIDING TOWARDS US, ACTION AT MEDIUM CLOSE UPLOOKS LEFT AND RIGHT
View traffic lights, signs etc
We see a row of shops which LUCAS slows down along, he stops at the pharmacy shop. Lucas is
clearly a misfit and something is strange about him. He stares at the pharmacy on his bike with
uncertainty and a thoughtful face. He looks quickly around him and gets off his bike and enters
quickly.

Prop
A car passes; LUCAS exits the pharmacy holding his medication. LUCAS stops outside the
pharmacy, firstly looks worried then suddenly frustrated, tips out his medication into his hands. medication
bottle
We see the back of his therapist who is wearing simple smart clothing and Lucas talking on the
other side of the brown wooden table (the voice over turns into dialogue) to his therapist. The
room has natural light coming in, white walls. LUCAS seems hesitant, does not look directly at
the THERAPIST.
During dialogue various shots inside the room see books

CUT TO:
At the park, maybe metric montage of LUCAS screaming, crying and collapsing to represent his
emotions being built up during dialogue. The scenery is green and in daylight.

Back to conversation shot, LUCAS looks down upset. begins to rain. LUCAS moves his chair
backwards aggressively away from the table loud noise of the chair scraping. Raindrops hit
the window. THERAPIST looks calmly at LUCAS, observing his actions
THERAPIST
To climb up a ladder, it takes one small step at a time. Use what you got now to an advantage.
LUCAS turns his head to THERAPIST
On a bike, stops outside a river, Medication in hands, throws medication into river. close up of LUCAS
face who looks up hopelessly directly into the camera.
