2) Niger, Angola and Djibuti are the Countries that have
the smallest number of educated kids.

3) If this fraction is converted to the world population
fraction it would may be 61 million people.

4) I think that world children would be more educated just
if some reach countries give the poor countries (like Niger,
Angola..) new methods to educate and maybe some
money to let everybody go to school.
