Skill: Use of “will” for predictions

Expected Outcomes: The students will be able to make weather forecast show, where they have
to include predictions for all the regions of Chile, and a power point presentation.
Resources: weather vocabulary, laptop, laser pointer, photographic camera

Time Comments

Introduction
Preparation of the 25 min Prepare the classroom in terms of space to make the
classroom and students presentations. The students should get dressed for the show
and be ready for it.

Core of the class

Pre-stage 5 min Decide which group is the first in presenting the show.
Instructions for the Explain the time they have and what is allowed and what is
presentations not.

While-stage
Presentations 30 min Each group makes their presentations.

Post-stage
Evaluation 15min Give each group their grades. Give some comments.

Closing
Give opinion about the 15 min The students give their opinions and feelings about the
activity activity. Guide teacher’s opinion.
