KRM SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

KRM Foundation will award a $500 scholarship to the most qualified applicant who meets the KRM
Foundations goal. The KRM scholarships main goal is to help well deserving student-athletes pursue
their athletic and/or academic endeavors.

TO QUALIFY FOR SCHOARSHIP CONSIDERATION:

Must be a Solano County high school student with a minimum weighted GPA of 3.0.
Must complete the following and attach to this application: (In this order please)

_____ A list of school and community accomplishments during high school (Use the attached form)
_____ Photocopy of high school transcript with most recent grades
_____ Two letters of recommendation, one of which must be from a current staff member. The second
letter may be from a member of the community. If so, this letter should substantially add to an
understanding of your special circumstances. (It cannot be from a family member.)
_____ A 12 pt font, double-spaced, typed essay of no more than two pages addressing the following
topic: Write about an experience of which you are proud (e.g. an obstacle youve overcome, a
personal accomplishment, a personal crisis you resolved, a true learning experience, etc).

** You must provide two collated copies of all materials**
