In the Field of Maintenance Management Includes:
Specific problem solving and failure analyses involving water preparation,
cooling water, boiler water, Demin plant, process water, Air Handling Unit
(AHU/FCU) and waste water systems in major power stations,
manufacturing plants, others process industries and commercial facilities
Preparation of cooling and boiler water treatment specifications, evaluation
of alternative chemical treatment program, selection of water treatment
vendor (Standard Operational Procedure)
Analysis and Recommendation for optimalization function of supporting
unit like as pipe line, tanki, processing reactor, Heat Exchanger, Chiller etc
In Specific technical accomplishments:
Investigated numerous specific water-related scale, corrosion and
microbiological problems involving metal, cement and coatings
Developed polymer applications and design product in water treatment &
waste water treatment like boiler and cooling tower product
Development and design product chemical cleaner (Descaler) for boiler
power plant , turbine blade etc.
Design product in oil field for refining chemical or exploration additive like
as corrosion inhibitor, demulsifier, reverse demulsifier, Parrafin dispersant,
mud and clay stabilizer, tank cleaner, cleaner for Heat Exchanger, chemical
cleaner in hydratation unit system like sludge removal, carbon remover,
paraffin solvent,
