I write to you regarding my business, Kabob It at Westfield Shopping Center in Toledo Ohio, and I am
seeking the start of the process for the reimbursement of the tenant allowance in the amount of
$10,000.00.

The lease was executed in July 09 and the store was opened august 10. we are currently very busy
building the business and working out all the bugs in the system before the start of the season.
