Sir:

This is to inform you that your long and overdue account with Jolly Nest BB
Enterprises, has already been referred to the undersigned for appropriate legal action.
It appears from the records that you have an outstanding obligation to my client
which as of today has amounted to NINETY FIVE-THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
PESOS (P95,500.00).
However, before we take any legal action, we will give you last alternative to
chose either to litigate or to settle your account outside the court.
But, if I were you, you better settle your obligation outside court so as to avoid
the payment of attorney’s fees, damages, and other unnecessary court expenses not to
mention the inconvenience in going to court.
In view therefore, you are given a period of five (5) days from receipt to decide.
If my client will not hear from you within such period, I shall have no other choice but
to file an action in court against you to protect my client’s interest.
Please give this matter your preferential attention.
