Film Stages & Facilities

Pinewood Studios
Pinewood Road, Iver Heath
Buckinghamshire SL0 0NH, UK

Dear Mr. Noel Tovey:

The Apple Co. Productions is a motion picture company and is currently taking on a new
film production based on John Miltons, Paradise Lost. Free Fall is an action-packed film and
is a take on the epic, set in the world of spies. Green/Blue screens, CGI, and VFX will be
added for budget purposes. We prefer to film in a studio to stay on budget because of the
casting of top-named actors, seeing as this will be our first major project. We recognize the
popularity of other famous movies that were filmed at your studios, such as the Bourne
series and Harry Potter series. We have heard of the 1977 James Bond movie, The Spy Who
Loved Me, which was filmed at Pinewood in the original 007 Stage and became inspired to
film at your studios.

We expect the production time to take approximately four months (August to November)
and hope to release the film late in the next year. We will mainly need the use of the 007
Stage and the Richard Attenborough Stage. If you have any questions, you may get in touch
with us by using any of the contact information under our logo below. Apple Co.
Productions thanks you for your time and looks forward to doing business with your
studios soon.

Sincerely,

Ricki-Lou Langcay, Props and Locations Manager

To Whom It May Concern,

The Apple Co. Productions is a motion picture company and is currently taking on a new
film production based on John Miltons, Paradise Lost, titled Free Fall. The staff at the Apple
Co. Production center have researched possible locations to film outdoor scenes for our
upcoming motion picture that we hope to release later in the next year. In the course of our
research, we repeatedly became attracted to the possibility of filming at the Piccadilly
Circus. The illuminated signs was what drew us in, as it reminded us of the signs in New
Yorks Times Square. But we liked the contrast of the modern look the signs gave against
the traditional-looking buildings surrounding it- a reason why we chose London over New
York City. The Piccadilly Circus was deemed an appealing site and we wish to include this
area into our shots for the film.

Within the four months we expect for the production time (from August to November), we
would like to be given the permission to film at the Piccadilly Circus for a month. Precisely,
filming should take the whole of September and, if there must be more time, would extend
to the first two weeks of October. The Apply Co. Productions request filming for four hours,
from eight in the morning to twelve noon, on the weekdays. We will try not to disturb the
tourists in their visit with our occupation of the area. We, in fact, embrace the popularity of
the Piccadilly Circus and hope to incorporate the customary crowds into our film. If you
have any questions, you may get in touch with us by using any of the contact information
under our logo below. Apple Co. Productions thanks you for taking the time to read our
request and we hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,

Ricki-Lou Langcay, Props and Locations Manager
