STUDENTS!!!

Youve been selected

by DC Comics to
come up with a brand
new comic book series
that teaches kids about
the benefits and dan-
gers of microorgan-
isms. Directions:
Choose two (one help-
ful and one harmful)
from the attached list
and create a comic
book superhero
(helpful microorgan-
ism) and villain
(harmful microorgan-
ism). You should in-
clude a picture demon-
strating the hero doing
his or her good deed
and the villain doing
damage or harm. Make
sure you write a cap-
tion in complete sen-
tences explaining
whats happening in
your picture, or have
dialogue bubbles (like
in comics) that provide
clear
meaning
of whats
happen-
ing.
- Investigate your home and
search around for micro-
organisms at work!
- Bring a list of all items you
found to class and you will
receive extra points to go
towards your participa-
tion grade.

About your teacher Contact me at...
I am from the small quant
town of Ocilla, GA. I decided
to become a teacher from
seeing my grandmother,
mother, and sister make such a
positive impact on their stu-
dents. I had the drive to do the
same. I attended ABAC where
I received my Associates in
Early Childhood Education. I
now have my Bachelors degree
from GSW. I am so excited to
be here and to start this new
school year off great!
