*General Financial Duties: The job included strategic transport
management practices in the organization with specific developmental focus
on areas like sales monitoring and evaluation, financial management,
communication skills; ensure effective accomplishment of all the company’s
projects in Mid-Lands (UK). Formulation of job description for the staff and
giving out training to front desk staff to execute their jobs professionally.

*Administration: Assessment of the current budget management system of


the organisation and introducing new ways of management in such a manner
where all the finances are well maintained and movements are monitored
well within the company. Also, managements monitoring and evaluation of
all the company’s projects.
