Congratulations for the outstanding results of the external audit conducted by the Center
for Disease Control (CDC) and the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) in March
2009. Having an audit with no material findings is rare and most commendable.
I want to personally acknowledge your invaluable assistance in preparing the agency to
participate in this process. Through your hard work and commitment, we have taken
