I. COMPANY PROFILE

A. NAME OF EVENT COMPANY

Company name is “ LA RECREATION COMPANY” As its company describes


recreation means that connect to recreational activities because company retreats are
like a day off from entire company at their jobs doing leisure off work to relieve stress,
have fun and at the same time have feeling a social support that came with increase
worker interaction.

In this logo, The two glasses represents companionship, light blue tells us that
companionship needs to be chill and relaxed. Next is megaphone means everyone
must express themselves, express a “leader” inside of them and red symbolizes
power/leadership. And lastly the people inside the light bulb, it is about sharing
knowledge to one another, expressing what’s on their minds. And yellow represents
brightness because the interaction and brain storming is the center of a team-building.

-Our history begins in 2005, in Taguig city Philippines, La Recreation company was
created by Kim’s.
-This company will involve in a series of reasearch activities designed to examine in-
depth what happened to a group or workers under various conditions. The most
significant factor was the building of sense of group identity
-The company will accommodate also some outdoor activities other than the usual
events educational/field trips, and tour packages.

F. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CEO/President
● A chief executive officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in a company,
whose primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions,
managing the overall operations and resources of a company, acting as the main
point of communication between the board of directors (the board)
Event Director
● Job Description.Directs and oversees the planning of meetings and special
events for an organization. Coordinates all amenities, accommodations, and
related departments including site selection, staffs, food, transportation, and
audio or visual equipment.

Venue coordinator
● Their responsibilities include highlighting the venue, providing a preferred list of
vendors, working with you on the room layout, formalizing your catering needs,
and processing the final invoice. They also ensure all venue employees are
aware of your event plans from the set up team to the chef to the cleaning crew.
Their focus is making sure things are executed based on what their contract says
in setting up the layout of the venue correctly.

Food Coordinator
● is responsible for coordinating food preparation for a major section of a large
operation, catering section; plans, prepares and coordinates the preparation of
main entrees or plans and prepares all meals and snacks at a separate facility.

Financial Coordinator
● are generally responsible for record keeping within their organization. They
create payment schedules to help customers handle outstanding payments, and
they subsequently makes sure customers stick to these schedules.include
maintaining accounting records in adherence to the organization's financial
procedures, preparing internal and external financial reports, and preparing and
recommending budget procedures.also they Collect, analyze, and report on
financial data in databases, documents, and presentations.verify, schedule, and
prepare transaction information
Technical Supervisor
● Technical supervisors are responsible for inspecting, testing and adjusting
equipment, as well as scheduling workers, confirming delivery of equipment and
working to achieve project targets. Supervisors also must ensure that the
workplace is up to federal labor standards and provide any safety training to
employees as necessary., they are also responsible for managing the staff who
handles the machines.

Program Coordinator
● Will serve as the program head of the event that will monitor the staff’s,
schedules and needs of the event. Also she is responsible for the program flow,
to ensure the implementation and success of programs.

I. LEGALITIES AGREEMENT

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Important: Please read all Terms and Conditions carefully. By affixing your signature
with these Terms and Conditions, you agree to legally bind by them.
A legally binding agreement is created between you the “Client” and Contracted La
Recreation Company the “Service Provider” upon thirty percent (30%) payment of the
Total Contract Price. Balance is payable upon completion of the project or event.

1. Contracts
Contracts are made and services are accepted only upon and subject to these
Conditions of Service. All other conditions are hereby excluded unless expressly
accepted in writing by the Service
Provider.

2. Prices
Firm price quotations are valid for a period of three (3) months only from the date of
quotation. The Service Provider may, at their absolute discretion, accept or reject any
service retained by the Client. In the event of the Client cancelling a part of the service
in accordance with the provisions of Clause 6 the Service Provider reserves the right to
revise the price or prices quoted for service already
delivered.

3. Quotation Terms
Quotations are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of acceptance of
proposal.

4. Terms of Payment
The Client shall pay the Service Provider in cash the 30% down payment upon
acceptance of this Terms and Conditions and in default the Service Provider shall be
entitled to withhold service delivery upon payment.

5. Client cancellation of service


Service contract and parts thereof may be cancelled only by the Service Provider’s
written
acceptance of such cancellation. Where the Service Provider accepts such cancellation,
the Service Provider reserves the right to charge the Client with the amount of any
losses or expenses directly or indirectly resulting from such cancellation. In any case
where the Service Provider was required to place a deposit with a supplier or contractor
in respect of an event, the Service Provider may require the Client to reimburse such
sum in the event of cancellation.

6. Force majeure
a) Act of God, any form of disaster or catastrophe;
b) War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
c) Acts, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the
part of any
government, parliamentary or local authority;
d) Difficulties in obtaining but not limited to raw materials, labor, fuel, etc.
e) Power failure or breakdown.
