BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

Ms. Christine A. Torres is the only child was born at Los Baños, Laguna on

March 8, 2000, she is living with her parents for 22 years and presently residing

the municipality of Calauan, Laguna.

She obtained her primary education at Balayhangin Elementary School at

Brgy. Balayhangin in the year 2012. She finished her High School and Senior

High School at Liceo de Calauan at Brgy. Silangan Calauan, Laguna and I part of

the pioneer student of K to 12 curriculum graduates in the Philippines.

On June 2018, she enrolled for the Undergraduate Program, Bachelor of

Science in Office Administration at Laguna State Polytechnic University- San

Palo City.

INTRODUCTION

On the job training or OJT as part of the degree of Bachelor of Science in

Office Administration is one strategy to improve the students skills. Students

allowed to apply what they learned in school and it helps students by performing

in actual work setting. Being a BSOA student the experience and responsibility

that I have will remain to acquire the potential knowledge in training.

THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE

At first we orient on our ojt by our supervisor on how we would do for

recruiting. They also gave us the spiel that we would use for talking to the

applicants and we edited the ads in canva for posting then we post in facebook

in others groups to see the people who are interested for the ads that we post.

We interviewed the applicant before we forwarded their application to office and

after that we type their name in our monitoring sheet.

In our 2nd week of ojt we take a zoom meeting to motivate us with Sir.

Ram and discuss our recruitment for applicants. We are looking for applicants for

oiland and food handlers who are interested in the ads we post in many groups in

facebook and we also interviewed them to see if they are really qualified for the

positions they are applying for.
