Zach Zach did a great job projecting positivity and confidence. He made
eye contact, was receptive and engaged in conversation while
keeping the sale going. He responded with gratitude and genuine
appreciation when I have him insights based on my personal
experience with college and jobs I've held. He should do well at
whatever he sets his mind to do, and does with diligence and
persistence.

Megan was very nice and energetic. She had a lot of cute comments
and silly phrases that made me smile. It was a good way to connect
with me. She was obviously excited about going to college and her
motivation showed! I think Megan will do amazing at school if she
maintains her positive "can-do" attitude. She should not hesitate to
talk and engage with people on a deeper level. I could tell she had
more to say, and just because someone around you is a bit more
outgoing doesn't mean you should t take control of the conversation
and environment to command attention. That's my tip ;) based on
personal experience that has helped me be successful. It was a
pleasure to meet Megan!

Michael Hart was in my neighborhood and knocked on my door on
Wednesday, May 27, 2014. Overall, he was considerate and a friendly
guy, he described the purpose of the YCA contest and what he was
hoping to get out of the program (including confidence, social skills,
develop career interests , set goals, and responsibility development).
He asked me about my work career, pros/cons, and if I had advice for
a young guy headed out into the work world. He was interactive and
