and conditions of your Contract of Employment as well as the Company's Policies and Procedures. You are
requested to join us on or before February 02, 2006.

Your place of posting will be at Chennai. However your employment with us you may be posted or transferred /
attached to any other units / companies / offices or clients of the JayaNisch Data Solutions Pvt Ltd either in India
or Abroad at the sole discretion of the Management.

Your emolument by way of annual cost to the company is Rs. 2, 89, 428/- per annum (Rupees Two Lac Eighty
Nine Thousand Four hundred Twenty Eight Only).

The break up of the salary is given in Annexure I.

reference. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
