Taco Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
8 ounces rotini pasta
cup salsa
1 cup corn, canned (drained) or frozen
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package. Drain, rinse with cold water.
2. In a large bowl combine pasta, with remaining ingredients.
3. Add in bell pepper, black olives, onion, cherry tomatoes, corn, & black beans.

Variations:
1. Add your favorite meat like: bacon, ground beef or chicken.
2. Add one or more of the following vegetables: diced red or green pepper, diced red onions,
quartered cherry tomatoes, cubed avocado.
3. Serve over a bed of lettuce
4. Sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese
5. Substitute 2 teaspoons taco seasoning for the spices
