Tank you so much for your interest in the Southside Swim Club.

Before we can introduce you


to the team and make you an ofcial Trident, we would like to assess your swimming abilities to
provide you with the best training program possible.
First, our trained coaches will assess your current swim level with a few swim tests. Once we
have a feel for your abilities, we will provide you with a workout to follow and complete. Ten
we can introduce you to a team workout and see how you do. Upon completion of the trail
period, the coaches will provide you with a suggested training plan to help you become a more
competitive swimmer.
Before this process starts, we would like you to provide us with some information to understand
your swimming/training background better. Please complete this form and return to any SSC
Coach and we will contact you to schedule the start of your trial period.
