The Curl-Up

Objective:
To complete as many curl-ups as possible up to a
maximum of 75 at a rhythmic pace - 1 curl-up
every 3 seconds.
Correct Positioning:
1) The student lies on back with knees bent and feet flat
on floor.
) The students lie their arms alon! their sides on floor
and with their fin!ers flat.
3) " bean ba! or hockey puck is placed under their head
to keep it in line with the body.
#) The student curls up $keepin! fin!ers on floor) till their
fin!ers move # 1% inches forward.
5) The student continues this process as lon! as possible

Misses:
1) not stayin! up with &' rhythm
) not slidin! fin!ers # 1% inches forward on floor
3) incorrect position - feet not flat on floor( knees not bent
