High Level
Students will be given a visual
prompt and will identify their
opinions and why. They will also
brainstorm supporting reasons.
Middle Level
Teacher will dictate sentences and
students will determine if they are
fact or opinion.
Low Level
Students will be given an illustration
and dictate an opinion sentence and a
factual sentence.
High Level
Students will write their opinion of
their favorite book, provide 2
supporting reasons, and a matching
illustration.
Middle Level
Students will write their opinion of
their favorite book, provide 1
supporting reason, and a matching
illustration.
Low Level
Students will dictate opinion of book
and provide a matching illustration.
