Lindas quick leek soup: theme & variations

A very quick soup, done in less than 20 minutes, if you start the frozen salmon at
the same time as the leeks, or if using fresh salmon, broil during the last 10
minutes of soup cooking. Also use pre-cooked microave hite rice, hich takes
! minutes to cook, or make your on, starting it first before cooking, so it ill be
