- First payment is a deposit of $20,000.00.
- Second payment is the balance plus the shipping, paking, and insurance costs.
The Sellers is responsible for de-installation and all shipping work. De-installation and
shipping cost are not included In the price.
The Buyers is responsible for all crating, packing, containers, and shipping cost from de-
installation site to the port of Hong Kong, as well as all fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, permits,
license fees.
The Buyers shall, 15 days prior to the date of the de-installation, wire transfer the total value
of the shipment to the Sellers.
