Responsibilities:

As a Collections Associate you will be communicating with various type of customers. You are responsible
for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, loans, or other payments. Update current
clients about the status of their accounts.


Requirements:

18 yrs old and above.
Candidate must possess at least a High School / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or
Bachelor's/College Degree.
Good English communication skills.
Banking/Financial experience is an advantage.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
Willing to work in Taguig (SM AURA)
