5 x SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS
INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT- KUWAIT

We are currently URGENTLY recruiting 5 SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS.

Our client is a specialist sub-contractor currently seeking a number of Quantity Surveyors to
join their team in their Kuwait office.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Preparing cost budget, project executions schedule and final budget sheet to commercial
department
Negotiating with suppliers for discount, preparing Purchase Orders and sending MPO/LOI to
suppliers, as well as following up delivery as per MPO
Preparing BOM according to approved drawings
Certifying all invoices made by the commercial department
Reviewing contract documents and preparing technical submittals as well as preparing
drawings and follow up approval

CLIENT STIPULATED REQUIREMENTS

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Minimum of 10 years working experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years of
experience within the Middle East
Familiar with Pre and Post Contracts, with strong computer skills
Candidates will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an
independent and tactful work ethic
