Cycle Lanes unique profle is sloped on
one side to allow cyclists to bump up
to the product safely; the other side is
perpendicular to the roadway preventing
vehicles from entering the bicycle lane.
The Cycle Lane delineator is installed with plastic anchors (shields) and screws.

STEP 1:
Determine where the Cycle Lane should be positioned and
sweep the installation surface to ensure it is clean of debris
/ dust. Using a chalk line, mark the location for the bike lane
delineator parallel to the curb
STEP 2:
Position the units following the chalk line.
Note: Make sure the sloped side of the product is facing the
bike lane and the steep side of the product is facing vehicle
trafc. (see image on left)
STEP 3:
Drill 9/16 (14mm) diameter holes into the surface through
the existing holes in the product. The holes should be 3.5
- 4 (90-100 mm) deep to accommodate the 3 long plastic
shields.
STEP 4:
Remove the product and clean the drilled holes of any dust /
debris. Once clean, insert the plastic shields.

STEP 5:
Re-position the product over the holes, insert bolts and steel
washers and tighten. Do not over-tighten the bolts.
