1 Check visual and physical condition of PP-1and MLTP of SMCI then TURN ON breaker of MLTP

AND THENturn on breaker of PP-1.

2 Check THE VOLTAGE in incoming side of PP-1, it shpuld be around 415 V.
3 As per process reqirment , for GP-1 TO GP-5 ,OPERATOR CAN START THE MOTOR ,in 1)Manual
2)Auto mode
Manual mode-keep selector switch in this mode,then use on/off button of panel for operate.
Auto mode-keep selector switch in this mode ,go to the local control box and keep selector
switch in manual mode and then operater can operate from local contol box side.
keep selector switch in auto mode then ,operater can operate GP-1 TO GP-5 directly from
batch controller panel.
4 For,GP-7,GP-9,GP-11,GP-12,WIK-1,WIP-1 ,IF OPERATE PLACE SW switch in manual,it can be operate
from panel side,and if he put selector switch in auto it can be operate from local control box side.
5 For c-101 t0 c-204,there is two mode 1 )auto mode/manual mode
2)VFD MODE/BY PASS MODE
1)In Manual mode we can start motor from panel by push button,in Auto mode ,we can start
motor from local control box side.
2)VFD MODE/BY PASS MODE--In Vfd mode we can start it from VFD and control it from
potentiometer,but in BYPASS MODE we can start directy throgh breaker but it speed can not be
varied by potentiometer.
6 Power of batch controller panels are from UPS , so so turn ON the ups by 63 A Breaker in PP-1
ANDTHEN turn on UPS so that you geet uniterruted power in both batch controller panels.
