Ice Breaker: Write your name, your favorite TV Show, favorite food, and a hobby on a small sheet of
paper....

SEATING: Fill up the seats closest to the teacher computer first.

Name Game: One person begins by giving their name, plus an adjective that begins with the first letter of their
name. (e.g., Jolly Jim, Happy Holly). The next person repeats the persons name and adjective and then their
own name the same way. Continue around the room. Whoever can recall everyones name...

Survey: On a sheet of looseleaf, answer

Behavior:

If a student decides to behave poorly, that student can be assigned consequences, including
earning a 0 grade for that day, assignment, or assessment, etc. It is important to remember
that your behavior affects your grade as it would affect you in other areas of your life.

Behavior Rubric: the behavior rubric will be used to evaluate your behavior. For most students

Classroom Property:

I understand that if I damage any property in this classroom, that I will be responsible to
either a) replace it b) pay for it c) complete some community service hours in order to make up
for what I damaged. Otherwise I could be in danger of failing or fail this class until the
