As a plot owner in the Kincumber Community eco garden I agree to the

following :-

My plot will be planted in 4 weeks

My plot will be weed and rubbish free
I will notify the committee if I must abandon my plot for any reason
I will help others with their plots if requested
I will keep animals out of the garden
I will pay $15 non-refundable for a 12 month period for a plot size 1400mm x 900mm raised
bed or Garden plot.
I will pay $30 non-refundable for a 12 month period for a back to back raised bed plot.
I will not pick other plots without permission
I will use only organic materials in the eco garden
I will help in community working B’s in the Garden.

Plot owners Community volunteers are encouraged to join the Eco garden group E-mail and are
welcome to attend any Steering committee meetings. Monthly meetings are held at Kincumber
Youth Centre at 12.30pm on the fourth Monday of each Month.
